Viewing Goals & Notes from previous Cycles

Employees and Supervisors can view Goals and Notes from previous Cycles. This can be done from the Profile page. 

For Employees: 

1. Sign into myFolio

2. Click your name in the top right corner.

3. Select Profile

4. Select Goals or Notes depending on which information you want to view. This is found in the menu. underneath your name

5. Click the Timeframe dropdown on the righthand side

6. Chose the Timeframe you wish to view

For Supervisors: 

1. Sign into myFolio

2. Click Roll Call

3. Select the name of the Employee you wish to view previous Goals and Notes for. You will be taken to their Profile 

4. Select Goals or Notes depending on which information you want to view. This is found in the menu. underneath your name

5. Click the Timeframe dropdown on the righthand side

6. Chose the Timeframe you wish to view
