myFolio Admins have the capacity to customize The Year End Self Reflection prompts that employees respond to.
How-to Create a Custom Year End Reflection Form
- On the myFolio website click on the “Manage” dropdown and select “Customizations” from the list of options
- On the Customizations page, scroll down to the Custom Year End Self-Reflections section
- Click the “Create a new custom form” button
- Enter a name for your new form in the Custom Forms drop-down and hit the enter/return key
- Create your desired “prompts” or questions in the custom field section
- Click "Save" then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click "Update"
The created custom form content (prompts and template text) will be available when users write a Year End Summary Note.
Users have the capacity to edit and delete created custom forms by selecting the form from the dropdown under "Custom Year End Reflections" on the "Customizations" page. Deleting a form will not impact any published or drafted notes.
