The Year End Self Reflection can be customized by myFolio Admins with any number of prompts the employee can respond to.
To create a custom Year End Self Reflection, start by clicking “Manage” then “Customizations”.
Scroll down to the Custom Year End Self-Reflections section (towards the bottom).
Click “create a new custom form”
Type a name for your form in the Custom Forms drop-down and hit the enter/return key.
You can then create any number of “prompts” or questions in the custom field section.
Click save then scroll down and click update.
The form content (prompts, template text) is saved with the Year End Summary Note, so you can edit or delete forms if you like and it won’t affect already published or drafted notes.
The user can select the custom form from a drop-down on the Year End Summary Note page.
