If you continue to have issues, try resetting your password. - **SSO**: If you sign in with single-sign on, you will need to contact your myFolio admin and/or follow your school's password reset process. ### How to Reset Your Password 1. **Click "Forgot Your Password?"**: On the login page, select the "Forgot your password?" link. 2. **Enter Your Email**: Input the email address associated with your Folio Collaborative account.  ![forgot box](https://blog.foliocollaborative.org/hs-fs/hubfs/forgot%20box.png?width=287&height=260&name=forgot%20box.png) 3. **Check Your Email**: Follow the instructions in the email you receive to reset your password. The link will expire in 3 days. 4. **Reset Your Password**: Click the link in the email and set a new password.![Reset box](https://blog.foliocollaborative.org/hs-fs/hubfs/Reset%20box.png?width=259&height=240&name=Reset%20box.png) 5. **Log In**: Use your new password to log in. ### Changing Your Current Password Users are able to change their current password at any time when logged in to My Folio with a few steps: 1. **From the Account Settings**: On the account settings page, select "change password". 2. **Enter Your Current Password**: You must enter the current associated password in order to proceed with the password change 3. **Enter New Password**: Once the new password is entered twice, select **save**.
