# Notifications for myFolio Admin

myFolio admin receive and have control of a variety of notifications throughout the school year, enabling them to keep track of due dates, reminders, and other essential communications to ensure their success.

This table outlines the notifications a user might receive, their frequency, whether they can be disabled, and the recipients of these notifications.

| **Notification** | **Frequency** | **Can it be disabled?** | **Who gets this notification?** |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Activity Log Summary | Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Never | Yes, by Admin | All Employees |
| Folio Admin Cycle Notifications | 30 days prior, 7 days prior and 1 day prior to a cycle end date | No | myFolio School Admin(s) |
| Incomplete Milestones | One day after Milestone Due Date | Yes, by Admin | myFolio School Admin(s) |
| Milestone Reminders | 14 days and 3 days prior to a milestone that is due | Yes, by Admin | All Employees Subject to the Milestone |
| Milestone Summary Email | 14 days and 3 days prior to a milestone that is due | Yes, by Admin | Supervisors |
| Monthly Goal Reminder | First Day of Every Month | Yes, by Admin | All Employees |

 

## How to Enable or Disable Notifications

### Milestone Reminders

Milestone e-mail notifications can be turned on/off within the School Manager under the Manage tab.

### Other Notifications

Under the customizations tab, Monthly Goals Reminders and Activity Log Summary can be turned on/off by myFolio Admin.
