Managing User Invitations to View Profile

Description and Utility

myFolio users have the capacity to invite colleagues and school personnel to view their Profile. This function is only available if toggled on by the myFolio Admin. 

In order to perform this action:

• Click on the "School" button on the top navigation bar to view the School Directory. 

The School Directory lists the people that use your school's myFolio site. My Directory includes you, your Collaborators, and people you have invited to view your Profile.

You can select View All to see everyone. You can Filter by Visibility to see people who can view your Profile, Notes, or Surveys.

By using the Filter or clicking on View All, Users can search for other members within the school community.

Once you find the person you want to invite to view their profile, click MANAGE INVITATIONS.

Once the User has invited a colleague to view their profile, a confirmation notification will appear on the School Directory page:

Users can revoke viewing ability by clicking on MANAGE INVITATIONS again

And then REVOKE INVITATION TO VIEW PROFILE.

NOTE: These are one-way invitations. The other user will need to need to allow the User to view their profile if desired.
