Self Reflection Year End Summary Notes

Description and Utility

The Self-Reflection Year End Summary Note allows a user to document a Year End Self-Reflection as part of the Year End Summary Milestone. 

This Note type may be customized by a school's myFolio Admin. If you have questions about the prompts you see, please reach out to your myFolio admin or School Success representative.  

Customized Year End Summary forms can be chosen (along with the original, default Year End Summary form) by the author when creating a Year End Summary Note. The user can select the custom form from the drop-down on the Year End Summary Note creation page.

How-To Add a Self-Reflection

To add a Year End Self-Reflection, go to your Profile by clicking your name in the top right corner on the myFolio platform. Then go to your “Notes” page and click the “+ Add Note” button to create a Year End Summary.

If your school has set up a Custom Form, you will see that option in the drop-down. Otherwise, you will see "DEFAULT YEAR END FORM".  

In the met with field add your name for a Self-Reflection.

Once the form is clicked on, the custom form content will auto-populate.
