Mindful Minute as Faculty/Staff

The “Mindful Minute” feature allows employees to take a moment to reflect on how their work is going and share it with their supervisor.

Employees can find the Mindful Minute widget on the left-hand side of the Dashboard.

1. Click your school logo in the top left corner

2. Scroll down to the Mindful Minute (left-hand side)

3. Type your response in the open text box

4. Select an emoticon

5. Click Submit (submit will appear after you have typed text in the box and selected an emoticon)

The Submit button appears once an emoticon is selected.

One response per day is saved, but the employee can edit the current day’s response.
