Although creating Goals in myFolio has a new look, the visibility of those Goals hasn’t changed. As before, if a myFolio user can see your Profile, they can view your Goals. This would include the following:
- myFolio School Admins.
- your supervisory chain.
- Group Viewers of Groups you are a member of.
- Colleagues you have invited to view your Profile.
- Members, Collaborators or Leaders of Workspaces you have shared the Goal with.
We recommend working towards no more than 3 active goals at the same time.
To create a new goal, use one of these methods:
- On the Folio Home screen, click the + Add Goal button.
- In the main navigation bar, click your name to navigate to your profile. Click the + Add Goal button in the profile header.

We also suggest reaching out to your administrator if this happens, to remind them to set up themes for your school.
