Draft Notes

Written by Folio Support | Feb 19, 2026 3:08:16 PM

myFolio users have the ability to save Notes in draft form before publishing them. Once saved as a draft, you will see a “Draft” label displayed on the Note page. Draft Notes are only visible to the author of the Note.

To make changes to a Note draft, navigate to the Notes section of the recipient user's Profile page and click the edit button next to the respective Note to make the necessary updates.

Draft Notes are also accessible from the Roll Call page by navigating to the employee then selecting the note from the corresponding column.

Note drafts will be lost at the end of the School Cycle unless published.
