myFolio is a web-based tool for managing the professional growth process in schools. It was originally developed at McDonogh School in Baltimore, Maryland (United States). A team of faculty, administrators, and technologists came together to build a better way to inspire growth.
Once other schools saw myFolio, they encouraged the team at McDonogh to build a version that could be used by other schools. McDonogh built the web-based version in the summer of 2011 and created the non-profit FolioCollaborative to coordinate its use in other schools. There are currently over 150 independent schools using Folio.
MyFolio is best used with an up-to-date, modern browser such as Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
