Description and Utility

The myFolio platform allows users the capacity to solicit feedback from their colleagues via Peer Surveys.

How-to Request Peer Surveys

Peer Survey requests can be generated at any time during the year.

Peer Survey requests can be solicited for anyone you can see in your Roll Call page.

  • For Supervisors, this means direct reports and the direct reports of your direct reports.
  • For Group Viewers, this means any member of a Group you are a Viewer of.
  • For the myFolio admin, this means any user at the school.

To request a Peer Survey, sign into myFolio and go to your Roll Call page. Click the “+Peer Survey Request” link in the Surveys column.

This will take you to a page where you can enter the email addresses of the people being asked to complete a Peer Survey about that particular direct report. You may enter the names (or email addresses) for myFolio users, as well as the email addresses of non-myFolio users. Be sure to press enter after every email address.

If the email belongs to a MyFolio user, they will receive a notification on their homepage. Both myFolio and non-myFolio users will receive an email with a link to the survey form.

You can track completion of the Peer Surveys in the Survey column. It will say “Peer (0 of 5)” or “Peer (4 of 5)”. This field will update as the surveys are submitted.
