Sarah Dugan, M.Ed. is the founder of Teach Learn Thrive, a company committed to supporting leaders and teachers to build their skills, renew their love for their work, and jumpstart their ability to transform students’ lives. Through professional development, instructional coaching, and teacher wellness programs, Sarah is a cheerleader for educator joy and sustainability.
Sarah’s experience as an educator include teaching middle school ELA at McLean School of Maryland and in Fairfax County Public Schools; instructional coaching in diverse suburban elementary and middle schools, and a stint interning at a DC-area boarding school.
