Jennifer Willis

Dr. Jennifer Willis serves as the Director of Teaching and Learning at Cushing Academy. She has been with Cushing since 2017, bringing over 15 years of experience in the education field. Jen earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Davidson College, a Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling Psychology from La Salle University, and a Doctorate in Counselor Education and Supervision from the University of Cincinnati. Jen oversees the Academic Support Program at Cushing and serves as a dorm parent, Faculty Advisor for Peer Tutoring, Varsity Field Hockey Assistant Coach, and JV Girls’ Basketball Head Coach. She is the founder of the Leaders and Learners Summit Series for Girls in Arts, STEAM, and Sports. Jen lives on campus with her wife and their four boys: two sons and two bernedoodles.
