Hilary Davis Robinson is the Associate Head of School at St. Mary’s Episcopal School in Memphis, Tennessee, where she oversees the academic and daily life of girls from early childhood through grade 12. A passionate educator and experienced administrator, Hilary has spent over three decades championing student success, faculty growth, and mission-aligned leadership in independent schools. Throughout her career, Hilary has served in a variety of roles- from classroom teacher to division head- building strong faculty teams, leading curricular innovation, and steering accreditation processes. She currently supervises a team of academic leaders, directs strategic initiatives, and cultivates a professional culture grounded in excellence and care. Hilary holds a B.A. in French and Elementary Education from Millsaps College and an M.A.T. in Reading and Literacy from Marygrove College. She is pursuing her Ed.D. in Educational Leadership at the University of Tennessee. A dedicated school leader and community advocate, she has served on multiple accreditation teams through SAIS and helps lead schools through the accreditation process. She is also a volunteer for the Memphis LeBonheur Club and serves on the Catholic Diocese School Advisory Board. In 2023, she was named one of the Memphis Business Journal’s “10 Women Who Lead in Education.” Hilary is honored to join the Board of the Folio Collaborative and looks forward to advancing its mission of reflective practice and professional growth across schools.
